Sunflowers Tutorial

 I loved the challenge of painting the Sunflowers, buying a bunch of flowers and spending time looking and been inspired by these beauties. Van Gogh painted over fifty Sunflower paintings so I think you can gather it’s an inspiring subject.

I started with loose washes, added texture and colour with many techniques, all included in the step by step video demonstration. This video demonstration was a joy to paint and one I’m sure you will enjoy.
