Why not have a go at watercolour painting?
The perfect place to be inspired, take a walk down to Derwentwater or Buttermere.
On a rainy day it looks beautiful and to be honest it’s much easier to paint with lots of muted shapes and tonal hues, than a bright Sunny day. Take a few photo’s and come back to your cosy Cottage and set out the watercolours.
Each tutorial is easy to follow and comes with two video step by step demonstrations and is suitable for budding artists from the age of 10 to 90 years of age.

It includes step by step with many colour photographs on how I approach a painting in watercolours, a guide to materials and gives handy tips on equipment and with the step by step videos shows how those magical techniques that can bring a watercolour to life.
