I’m a Full time Artist living in North Yorkshire working in Oils, Pastels and Watercolour. With Inspiration coming from a love of walking amongst Fell, Moors and Lakeland scenery. Living in the Lake District for over 20 years and a brief time in the French Alps has given me a wonderful opportunity to paint, stunning mountain and Lake scenery in each season, watching the dramatic weather moods. Changing Light and dramatic weather conditions dictate the mood of my paintings and spending time outdoors seeing the changing light and colour react with nature is the key to my unique work
Moving back to North Yorkshire has opened up a new chapter of paintings, that I hope you will enjoy the journey alongside me seen through my Painters Eye.
Over the years I have had many paintings and tutorials published in the Leisure Painter magazine.
I love to pass my knowledge of painting to Beginner and Intermediate aspiring artists. The Online Watercolour and Pastel courses with Video step by step are full of helpful techniques to guide you on your painting journey. The personal feedback and relaxed one to one approach with video and step by step guidance makes this course unique.
